Founder, Tomas Lazo is seasoned Human Resources expert with a passion to help others succeed. Started his career in the Hospitality industry but has worked in different areas including Security, Healthcare, and Corporate environments. Tomas has specialized in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Organizational Development amongst others but has found his passion by helping others land their dream job and drive their success as leaders in their organization.
Tomas holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Florida International University, professional certifications like Senior Human Resource Professional from HRCI and Society Human Resources Management Certified Professional from SHRM.
